Does anyone know how much weight each strength score is and if you can't go above 20 why are certain characters written above 20 in the books?

I don't recall seeing anywhere that specifically says how much weight you can carry, but there is mention of lifting heavy objects under the "Material Strengths" section on page 60. Basically it says you have to make an Average Strength (Material Strength) action to lift something.
