Point based Chargen?

I seem to remember there was a point-based system for character generation for SAGA that someone came up with, but my web-fu is weak. Does anyone know of such an animal, and could you link me there?

There is a really good one at the Marvelphile site.

Though, for my own games I had people draw cards as normal, add up the points, and go from there. Kind of a modified version of the Marvelphile's.
