I would love to help, but I don't even know what the LOSH roster is anymore, much less how to stat them up.
I don't think DC even knows who is on the roster anymore. If I had a Marvel SAGA book, I would give them a shot. Nonetheless, here's what I can give you detail wise. Keep in mind, all Legion members should have flight with no power stunts. It's provided to them by their rings (which also give them communication among members).
Braniac 5: High intellect with lots and lots of skills. Highly powerful Force Field generation with a limited duration.
Cosmic Boy: Leadership and telekinesis.
Saturn Girl: Telepthy beyond compare. She can enter just about anyone's minds and control them. In addition, she can block psychic attempts on herself and all members of the Legion. She cannot speak, so she should be Mute. She is limited to telepathic communication only.
Lightning Lad: Electrical Control/Manipulation.
Triplicate Girl: She can divide herself similar to Multiple Man from Marvel, but she is now limited to only being able to produce 3 duplicates. Some form of espionage would be good for her as Cosmic Boy has recently been using her as a spy against the other members.
Karate Kid: Highly advanced forms of martial arts. He would be the only legion member I would give any flight power stunts to as he's used the flight capabilities to aid his fighting style.
Element Lad: He can change anything into any element from the periodic table for up to 60 seconds.
Light Lass: She can control gravity, making it non-existant if she desires.
Star Boy: The opposite of Light Lass, he can enhance the gravitational pull. Essentially Mass control.
Shadow Lass: She can control darkness.
Micro Lad/Collosal Boy: He is a giant with the power to shrink to 6 feet tall.
Atom Girl/Shrinking Violet: She can become microscopic. In addition, she seems to have enhanced strength.
Ultra Boy: He can have one of many powers at any given time. He's limited to only being able to use one power at a time, however.
Projectra: Originally super-human wealth (not a joke) she can now create mass illusions.
Dream Girl: Precognition. She is a now deceased member of the team.
Chameleon: Shape-shifting. He can become just about anyone or anything.
There's more, but I can't remember them at the moment, like the girl who can shift between realities.
