Well I know the first season is debuting this weekend on a Canadian Channel so I figure I will sit down and watch the first episode of it and check it out. Apparently it is out on DVD already.....

Surprisingly? I enjoyed the first season. It was pretty well done, the challenges interesting the moral tests rather well planned (like the costume)

This was a great show! And yes, they are indeed going on to a second season! The only gripes I have about the last season are 1) Who won! (I won't spoiler it for anyone who hasn't sen it, but it goes without saying that 'justice wasn't done'!!) Second gripe; is that Stan the Man seems woefully disconected to the character he spawned. For example one of the challanges was a test to see if the superhero contestants would reveal their secret ID's. He laid into one saying, "A superhero *never* reveals his secret identity!" Has he *read* whats going on in Spiderman lately?? The webslinger himself came out at a press conferance no less!! But overall, the show was great some momnet really, really stand out! Oh, and if any of you out there think *you* have what it takes to stand up for truth, justice... and all that stuff, here's the link to the official entry form: www.scifi.com/superhero/includes/audition_form.pdf Game On!!!
