I know there's not really anyone discussing much anymore...but for anyone who is out there reading this, I thought I would take the time to pimp Fallen Angel.
Fallen Angel is a creator-owned series done by Peter David (Incredible Hulk, X-Factor, Aquaman) about a woman named Lee who comes to the city of Bete Noir to...well...she doesn't always HELP people...people come to her, and if she decides you're worth helping, she does...if she doesn't...then God help you.
It ran for 20 issues with DC comics, and just hit 33 issues with IDW...it is currently on hiatus and preparing for relaunch later this year, I believe.
I bought the first DC trade (issues 1-6) and ran back to my comic store to buy 7-20 out of the back issue bin. I have the IDW Omnibus on order (issues 1-21) and can't wait until it shows up.
There is a decent chance its the best book you're not reading.
