Possibly a dumb or obvious question, but it has become a point of argument in game.
Does regeneration function similar to resistance in that it is always on? Or does it require an exchange to activate it, and you draw your card based on the narrator card next exchange?
Also if it is always on, does taking damage in an exchange block the redraw during the next exchange?
Example: My character has a regeneration of 16, and loses a card for damage. Is he able to redraw that on the next exchange? Or does he have to go an exchange without being hit, spend an exchange focusing on regeneration?

don't know if you still check this but here you go with my take on regeneration, which i think may differ slightly from the game book. during the opening move i draw my Narrator card and if the numbers/aura allows, they regen. If they want to spend their turn regening more, i draw another card for them. now onto my question if anyone sees this. could someone please post the Doom cards; 6(x4), 7(x2), 8, 9.
