Hey everyone, I am just letting you know about a work-at-home job I got into recently. It's for a new search engine, Chacha.com which is being developed by the guy who invented voicemail and some other annoying gadgets. What's different about this search engine is that not only can you search the normal way, but you can talk to a live Search Guide who will help you in your search at no cost to the user. I managed to get in as a search guide and I've made a very easy $20 off of it over the last few days by doing nothing but sitting at my PC and helping users find info on the net.
This isn't a get-rich thing, and you don't pay a cent to get involved in it. I have not spent one penny. Worst thing I had to do is fill out some of those annoying IRS forms.
You actually get to select your own key words, and more experienced users will train you in each key word until it becomes paying key word. Eventually when the search engine gets a little more well known and gets more traffic, you'll get searches relating to your key words only. So if your key word is Captain America, you can sit there and help people search for information on Captain America and then get paid for it.
The current rate of pay is $5 an hour at pro level and $10 an hour at master. But time only calculates while you're actively searching or training other users, so you won't be collecting pay just for sitting there. Regularity of searches ranges from a couple per hour to around 10 per hour, in my experience. It differs depending on whether you're doing it at peak time or not.
Anyway, I have reached master level and have got invitations I can send out to allow other people into the program. I could spam these just anywhere but due to my only having a limited number, I want to find people who could really use the money, and people who are really going to give it a good effort. So let me know if you're interested in doing that. But if you're just going to try it for 3 days and then forget it because you're not making enough to quit your job, please don't waste one of my invitations.
Again, this is for extra spending money for doing nothing but sitting at your computer and waiting to be prompted to help someone search. Easiest money I ever made, but it's probably not going to make you wealthy... at least not for a while.
