Jessica Jones: Strength 12X, Agility 6X, Intellect 4C, Willpower 5D, Edge 1, Hand Size 3(17). Criminology, Espionage; Writing. Body Armor +3, Flight 3, Resistance to Mental Control +6. Calling: Investigator. Hindrance: Physically Disabled (Pregnant). Notes: A former superhero, Jessica retired from the business after being controlled by Purple Man. She has become a private eye, and is now pregnant with Luke Cage's baby.
Jessica Jones attended high school with Peter Parker, where she had a crush on him. She finally mustered the courage to speak to him just as the spider bit him, distracting him from her. She gained most of her powers during a car accident with a military convoy carrying hazardous materials, which killed her family. Adopting the costumed identity of Jewel, she crossed paths with The Purple Man in a fateful instance that changed her life. He kidnapped her and held her prisoner for months, breaking her down mentally until she could no longer distinguish between her will and his. At this point, he sent her to assassinate Daredevil, but erroneously sent her to Avenger's Mansion where she attacked Scarlet Witch. Vision and Iron Man intervened, and Jewel was only saved from the beating by Carol Danvers, but she still lapsed into a coma.
Jean Grey of the X-Men helped psychically rehabilitate her, including placing a psychic "switch" in her mind to furthre protect her from Mental Control. Jessica Jones made one more half-hearted attempt at heroism in a darker persona called The Knightress, but retired shortly thereafter.
She embarked on a career as a private eye, but after becoming pregnant with Luke Cage's child, she retired and went to work as a superhero correspondent for The Pulse, a supplement within the Daily Bugle.
Jessica Jones recently left the country with her and Cage's daughter after refusing to register with the Superhumans Registration Act, while Cage has remained behind as one of Captain America's Secret Avengers.
Jones is probably best used in a supporting capacity, though her Jewel or Knightress personas could pop up if you place the game in an earlier timeframe.
