Ok this is a long shot since nobody really goes on here.... but
Back in the day there was a site called The Fuzzy Blue Elf this site had a program on it called Marvel Character Program
The site was www.fortunecity.com/underworld/virtuality/789/ you can see it at web.archive.org/web/20011025142322/http://www.fortunecity.com/underworld/virtuality/789/ the program was located at www.fortunecity.com/underworld/virtuality/789/progs.html you can see that at web.archive.org/web/20011027233537/http://www.fortunecity.com/underworld/virtuality/789/progs.html
Now sadly wayback or fortunecity did not have it on there. I am trying to find this program so that I can use it in my game. I tried to find that author but no luck. Maybe you guys can help me.
