I was going to post this a while back, but never finished it. It's a chart for generating a random antagonist with the draw of a card.

That's actually a great idea. Narrators could adjust this chart to taste, replacing villains (or heroes, for those heroes who sometimes blur the line) with ones of their own, or villains not listed.

In MOST cases, the descriptions are vague enough that you don't have to use any one character...Mutant Supremacist could be Exodus, Magneto, Stryfe or Cortez...there's a ton of powered armor characters, etc...

But yeah, it's meant to just be a springboard for villain of the issue ideas.
